Same shop, same man in the grey short-sleeved shirt with a tape measure round his neck, same blue shutter, same potted plants, bicycle and laundry basket, same warm low sun as the reference image.
THE CAMERA IS NOW A PERSON'S EYES — a subjective POV shot. The camera is at the eye height of a customer who has just walked up to the counter, about 1.5 metres from the owner, and this customer IS the viewer.
Proof that we are inside someone's head: the customer's own two hands enter the bottom of the frame from below, close to the lens and slightly out of focus, holding a folded jacket out toward the owner. A wrist and a watch are visible at the lower right edge. Nothing else of the customer's body is in frame.
The owner is looking straight into the lens and reaching out to take the jacket — he is making eye contact with the viewer, because the viewer is the customer. The shop doorway and the alley fill the rest of the frame. Real documentary photography. No real company logo, no real brand name.
