The Footprint Stamper, handmade claymation diorama: on an empty beach at sunrise before any visitors arrive, a clay worker in a sun hat and work vest kneels beside a little wooden cart full of foot-shaped rubber stamps in many sizes, pressing a neat trail of fresh footprints into the smooth sand so the beach will look lived in. A long winding trail already stamped behind him; a dog-paw stamp waits in his other hand. Normal proportions, five fingers on each hand. Visible fingerprints and tool marks on the clay. No text, no letters anywhere.
