[없는 직업] 은하수 빨래꾼

The Milky Way Washerwoman: on a flat stone beside a mountain stream at night, an elderly Korean woman in a plain white hemp jeogori and long skirt, sleeves rolled up, kneels and beats a long length of cloth with a wooden laundry bat (bangmangi). The cloth is the Milky Way itself — a deep blue fabric full of glittering stars that trails from her hands up into the night sky. Rinsed-out stars float away on the water like soap suds. A wooden washing basin beside her. Traditional Korean village life and clothing. No text, no letters anywhere.
