Naturally dyed hanji drying in a Korean paper workshop yard: dozens of large sheets of handmade hanji mulberry paper hung on bamboo poles and wooden frames, each freshly dyed one intense colour — safflower pink, gardenia yellow, indigo blue, sappanwood red, persimmon orange, mugwort green — glowing translucent with the afternoon sun behind them, the fibres and soft deckled edges visible, the colour gathering darker at the bottom edge of each sheet where the dye drips into basins below. A traditional tiled roof edge at the top of the frame. Backlit, maximum saturation. No text, no letters, no logos.
