Subject motion blur with a fixed camera: a tripod-mounted half-second exposure on a subway platform at night. A train rushing past fills the right side of the frame as one long smooth smear of light and color, while a single commuter in a long coat stands completely still near the platform edge on the left, perfectly sharp, normal proportions, seen in three-quarter view.
